واقع الحوكمة في المصارف الإسلامية - مصرف الراجحي السعودي نموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى التزام البنوك الإسلامية بالمبادئ والقواعد المتعارف عليها للحوكمة المؤسسية، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في موظفي مصرف الراجحي السعودي، حيث تم وتوزيع استمارة على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها 25 موظفا، وبعد عملية التحليل الإحصائي تم التوصل إلى أن بنك الراجحي السعودي ملتزم بالشروط الواجب توفرها في عضوية مجلس الإدارة، والجوانب المتعلقة بالإدارة العليا وتعويضاتها، كما أنه ملتزم بضمان وجود تحديد واضح لدور المساهمين وضمان حقوقهم، وبالحفاظ على حقوق أصحاب المصالح، وأنه ملتزم بإجراءات المراجعة الداخلية والخارجية وبمبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية عن جميع البيانات والمعلومات. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the extent to which Islamic banks adhere to the accepted principles and rules of corporate governance. The study population was represented by the employees of the Saudi Al-Rajhi Bank. He is also committed to ensuring that there is a clear definition of the role of shareholders and ensuring their rights, and to preserving the rights of stakeholders, and that he is committed to internal and external audit procedures and to the principle of disclosure and transparency of all data and information.
