دراسة تحليلية لمؤشرات الشمول المالي على المستوى العالمي مع التعريج لوضع دول المنطقة العربية

Résumé: تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة تحليل المؤشرات الأساسية للشمول المالي على المستوى العالمي مع التطرق لواقع مستويات الشمول المالي في دول المنطقة العربية، خاصة في ظل زيادة معدلات الفقر والبطالة، وإنخفاض المستوى المعيشي بسبب قلة الحصول على المنتجات والخدمات المالية من الهيئات والمؤسسات الرسمية، لقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي إضافة للمنهج الإحصائي، هذا وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود تفاوت كبير في مستويات الشمول المالي في العالم العربي مقارنة بباقي المجموعات الجغرافية في العالم، أين تميل الكفة لدول الخليج العربي لكونها سباقة في تسخير مختلف الوسائل والقدرات لتعزيز الشمول المالي وتمكنها في مجال الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا المالية، لتختتم الورقة البحثية بمقترحات أبرزها ضرورة تكثيف الجهود والمبادرات الرامية لتحقيق الشمول المالي في بقية الدول مع توسيع الثقافة المالية للمتعاملين بغية تعميم الوصول للخدمات المالية والرقمية على حد سواء. This research paper tries to analyze the Basic Indicators of Financial Inclusion at the International Level and Mentioning its Reality in Arab Region Countries, Especially under the increase of poverty and unemployment rates, and deterioration of life in order to scarcity of Access products/services from Financial Institutions and Organizations, Where Used The Descriptive Analytical and Statistical Methods, The study reached a set of conclusions the most important there is a large difference in the levels of financial inclusion in Arab world compared to the rest of the geographical groups in the world, has the excellence returned to Arab Gulf countries because of providing possibilities and tools to enhance Financial Inclusion, also the Revolution in digitalization and Fintech, Therefore it is necessary to intensify efforts and initiatives aimed at achieving financial inclusion in the rest of the countries, with expanding the financial literacy of customers in order to generalize Financial and Digital services.
