المقاربة العلاجية وفق منظور علم النفس الإيجابي

Résumé: على مدى عقود عديدة تركز اهتمام علم النفس حول المشكلات والاضطرابات النفسية دراسة وتشخيصاً وعلاجاً، في حين أهملت الجوانب الايجابية في شخصية الانسان إلى حد كبير؛ ولكن مع نهايات القرن العشرين، ومطلع الألفية الثالثة، بدأ اهتمام علماء النفس يتوجه نحو مواطن القوة –لا الضعف- في الشخصية، لاستثمارها لصالح جودة حياة الفرد وتنمية المجتمعات، وذلك في إطار ما يعرف بعلم النفس الايجابي، وأصبحت سمات الشخصية الايجابية من أهم الموضوعات التي يتم تناولها في دراسات علم النفس عموما وتتسم بها العديد من المقاربات السيكولوجية العلاجية خصوصا، وهو ما يدور حوله جوهر هاته الدراسة بغية توضيح أهم المعالم الرئيسية للعلاج النفسي وفق منظور علم النفس الإيجابي. The administrative intellectual developments , the emergence of Total Quality Management, which seeks to achieve customer satisfaction through the leadership of the organization's commitment and their employees to continuous improvement of the quality of their performance in the various stages of the work, considered the quality of one of the entrances that characterize organizations from the others, and can combined with knowledge management to take an active role in developing the organization's performance. This study aims to clarify the concepts of total quality management, knowledge management and illustrate their importance and their role in achieving the success of organizations, in addition to focus research to clarify the relationship between every precept of total quality management and knowledge management processes. At the end of this study it was to conclude that the organization to get a competitive advantage and ensure its success, it must integrate the total quality management with knowledge management concepts and that this interaction will inevitably lead to the achievement of excellence and success. The quality knowledge-based help to the continuous improvement of processes, which helps to follow the best method by which to meet the needs and expectations of customers.
