واقع وتحديات الاستثمار المحلي في السياحة الصحراوية " ولاية الاغواط نموذجا "

Résumé: بعد قطاع السياحة أحد الرهانات الأساسية لاقتصاديات العديد من الدول منها الجزائر، التي تطمح لأن يكون هذا القطاع هو المحرك لعجلة النمو الاقتصادي في ظل إستراتيجية التنويع، والبحث عن قطاعات بديلة لقطاع المحروقات في المرحلة القادمة ، وولاية الأغواط جزء من هذا القطر، حيث سنقوم من خلال هذه الدراسة بإبراز مقومات السياحة الصحراوية بالمنطقة، واستعراض مختلف التحديات والعراقيل التي تقف أمام هذا الاستثمار ، واقتراح حلول وبدائل لذلك. Tourism sector is one of the Basic bets for the economies of many countries, including Algeria, which aspires to this sector is the engine to the wheel of economic growth in a diversification strategy, and the search for alternative sectors of the hydrocarbon sector in the next phase, and the state of Laghouat part of this country, where we will be through this study highlighting the elements of desert tourism in the region, and to review the various challenges and obstacles that stand in front of this investment, and to propose solutions and alternatives to it.
