Résumé: تنطلق هذه الدراسة من تناولها ظاهرة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كآلية للاتصال السياسي تسهل انتاج ونشر وتبادل المحتوى السياسي، فخلال التطور السريع لهذه المواقع خلال العقود الماضية أصبح لها أثار واسعة النطاق على الحكم الديمقراطي والممارسات السياسية، فقد ولدت تغيير جذري في الطرق التي تعمل بها وسائل الاعلام التقليدي وخلقت نظام اعلامي سياسي جديد وحددت دور أوسع للصحفيين والمؤسسات الإعلامية وكادت تلغي دور حراس البوابة التحرريين أو المؤسسيين حيت يمكن لوسائل الاعلام الجديد ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بنقل الأخبار والمعلومات بشكل مباشر إلى الأفراد، وتخلص الدراسة إلى تناول مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وتفعيل النشاط السياسي ودورها في الاتصال السياسي والجدل القائم بين العلاقة بين مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والاتصال السياسي. - This study describes the phenomenon of social networking sites as a means of political communication that facilitate the production, dissemination and sharing of political content. During the rapid evolution of these sites over the past decades, they have had widespread effects on democratic governance and political practices. They have generated a radical change in the ways traditional media function, created a new Siamese media system, defined a wider role for journalists and media organizations and almost assumed the role of gatekeepers, where new media and social networking sites can transmit news The study concludes that social networking sites and the realization of political activism and their role in communication are addressed politically and the controversy between social networking sites and political communication.
