تمثلات وظيفة العلاقات العامة لدى ممارسيها في المؤسسات الجزائرية -دراسة وصفية-

Résumé: تعكس تمثلات ممارسي العلاقات العامة لوظيفتهم تصوراتهم المختلفة حول طبيعة عملهم، أهدافه وأهميته في المنظمة، وهي تهيكل سلوكياتهم وأفعالهم المهنية بشكل غير مباشر. في هذا الإطار تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على هذه التصورات لدى عينة من ممارسي العلاقات العامة في المؤسسات الجزائرية في محاولة للكشف عن واقع وظيفة العلاقات العامة، أهدافها والزاوية التي يتم النظر إليها حسب مسؤولي العلاقات العامة. وقد أفضت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن وظيفة العلاقات العامة لا تتمتع بالتمكين من إدارة المؤسسات المبحوثة وأن جل تصورات ممارسيها تندرج ضمن المنظور التقني للعلاقات العامة. Abstract: The representations of public relations practitioners reflect their different perceptions of their work, goals, and importance in the organization. It structures their professional behaviors and actions indirectly. In this context, this study seeks to shed light on these perceptions among a sample of public relations practitioners in Algerian institutions in an attempt to reveal the reality of the public relations function, its goals, and the perspective from which it is viewed by public relations professionals. The study has led to a number of results, the most important is that the public relations function is not empowered in the researched institutions, and that most of its practitioners' perceptions fall within the technical perspective of public relations.
