ترجيحات الإمام القرطبي من خلال تفسيره سورة الأحزاب أنموذجا

Résumé: المذكرة بعنوان: ترجيحات الإمام القرطبي من خلال تفسيره سورة الأحزاب أنموذجاً. تتكون المذكرة من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة وفهارس. فأمّا المقدمة فقد حوت أهمية الموضوع, وأسباب اختياره, والدراسات السابقة له, وأهدافه, وطرح لإشكاله, والمنهج المتبع فيه, والصعوبات التي عرضتها في البحث. وأمّا المبحث الأول: فقد تعلق بترجمة للإمام القرطبي, حيث حاولت تبيين أهم النقاط في حياته, مع وصف لتفسيره. وأمّا المبحث الثاني: فقد تعلق بشرح لمعنى الترجيح, وبيان شروطه, مع تبيين لصيغه عند الإمام القرطبي في تفسيره لسورة الأحزاب. وأمّا المبحث الثالث: فقد تعلق بدراسة ترجيحات الإمام القرطبي في تفسيره لسورة الأحزاب, مع مقارنة ببعض التفاسير. ثمّ ختمت البحث بنتائج وتوصيَّات, وفهارس فنية كاشفة عن مضامين المذكرة My dissertation was entitled as: The weights of Imam al-Qurtubi through his interpretation of sourah Al-Ahzab as a sample . this dissertation consists of an introduction, three sections, a conclusion, and indexes. As for the introduction, it includes the importance of the topic, the reasons of choice , the previous studies, its objectives, and its forms, the methodology followed, and the difficulties encountered during the research. As for the first section : it is related to the translation of Imam al-Qurtubi, where he tried to clarify the most important points in his life, with a description of his interpretation. As for the second section : it is related to the interpretation of the meaning of weighting, and the statement of its terms, with a definition of its formulas when Imam al-Qurtubi in his interpretation of sourah Al-Ahzab As for the third section, it is related to determining the weights of Imam al-Qurtubi in his interpretation of the surah of Al-Ahzab, with comparison with other interpretations The research concluded with conclusions, recommendations and technical indexes revealing the contents of the dissertation
