Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى اكتشاف مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى عمال القطاع الصحي مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الضياء) بمدينة ورقلة في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد_19 لسنة (2021)، كما تسعى كذلك لمعرفة الفروق لدى العينة في مستوى الصلابة النفسية باختلاف (الجنس، الوظيفة، نوع قطاع العمل)، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة (116) من عمال مستشفى محمد بوضياف وعيادة الضياء بمدينة ورقلة تم انتقائهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: 1. مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى عمال القطاع الصحي (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الضياء) مرتفع في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد_19. 2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى عمال القطاع الصحي (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الضياء ولاية ورقلة) في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد_19. 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة (طبيب، ممرض، اداري، عامل متعدد الخدمات) لدى عمال القطاع الصحي (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الضياء ولاية ورقلة) في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد_19. 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير نوع قطاع العمل (قطاع عام، قطاع خاص) لدى عمال القطاع الصحي (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الضياء ولاية ورقلة) في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد_19. The current study aims to discover the level of psychological hardness among health sector workers, Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Diaa Clinic) in the city of Ouargla in light of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic (2021), and it also seeks to find out the differences in the sample in the level of psychological hardness according to (gender, occupation, sector type). The study sample consisted of (116) workers from Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital and Al-Diaa Clinic in Ouargla city, who were selected in a simple random way. The study resulted in the following results: 1. The level of psychological hardness among health sector workers (Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Diaa Clinic) is high in light of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. 2. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological hardness due to the gender variable among health sector workers (Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Dia Clinic, Ouargla state) in light of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological hardness due to the job variable (doctor, nurse, administrator, multi-service worker) among health sector workers (Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Dia Clinic, Ouargla state) in light of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. 4. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological hardness due to the variable of the type of work sector (public sector, private sector) among health sector workers (Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Dia Clinic, Ouargla state) in light of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
