العمل الليلي في ظل جائحة كوفيد19 وعلاقته بالضغط المهني لدى القابلات

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الضغوط المهنية للقابلات المناوبات ليلا بمستشفى سليمان عميرات بالمسيلة خلال فترة كوفيد 19 وما صاحبه من احترازات وقائية، والكشف عن درجة تأثر كل من الانضباط الوظيفي والعلاقات الاجتماعية المهنية لدى عينة الدراسة على أدائهن المهني في تلك الظروف. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 28 قابلة اختيرت عن طريق الصدفة أجابت على تساؤلات الدراسة إجابة كاملة. وعولجت البيانات المجمعة إحصائيا بالتكرارات والنسب المئوية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: توجد علاقة قوية بين العمل الليلي ومستوى الضغط المهني لدى القابلات في ظل الظروف الأمنية والاجتماعية السائدة في المستشفى خلال كوفيد 19. Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the professional pressures of night midwives at Suleiman Amirat Hospital in M'sila during the period of Covid 19 and the preventive precautions that accompany it, and to reveal the degree of influence at the both labor discipline and socio-professional relations between the study sample on their professional performance in these circumstances. The study sample consisted of 28 randomly selected midwives, who answered all of the study questions fully. Pooled data were treated statistically with frequencies and percentages. The study found: There is a strong relationship between night work and the occupational stress level of midwives given the safety and social conditions prevailing in the hospital during COVID-19.
