استفحال ظاهرة السرقة العلمية في أوساط الجامعة الجزائرية أيّ آليات لحماية البحث العلمي وضمان النزاهة الأكاديمية؟

Résumé: تعتبر السرقة العلمية من الممارسات المنافية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي، ونظرا لتفشي هذه الظاهرة في الوسط الجامعي، كان لزاما البحث عن آليات تضمن الحماية القانونية والتقنية للبحث العلمي لضمان النزاهة الأكاديمية في الجامعة الجزائرية، ولن يتأتى ذلك إلاّ بإصدار قوانين تجرم السرقة العلمية وكذا توفير برمجيات كاشفة لها خاصة في ظل تفاقم الثورة المعلوماتية، أين أصبحت المعلومة تصل للباحث دون عناء أو جهد، ما جعله يستعمل تقنية اللصق والنسخ، أو الإقتباس دون التأكد من صحة المرجع. Abstract: Scientific theft is one of the practices that contradict the ethics of scientific research, and due to the prevalence of this phenomenon in the University Community, it was necessary to search for mechanisms that guarantee legal and technical protection for scientific research to ensure academic integrity at the Algerian University?nd this will only be possible by issuing laws criminalizing scientific theft as well as providing revealing software for it. Especially in light of the exacerbation of the information revolution, where the information became accessible to the researcher without any trouble or effort, which made him use the technique of pasting, copying or quoting without checking the validity of the reference.
