القيم الاجتماعية وتأثيرها على السلوك التنظيمي للعاملين داخل المؤسسة الجزائرية
Résumé: ملخص: تهدف دراستنا الى محاولة تسليط الضوء على دور القيم الاجتماعية على السلوك التنظيمي لدى عمال بلديات ولاية المدية ونم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لملائمة دراستنا وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان القيم الاجتماعية من خلال بعدي القيم الاخلاقية وقيم العمل تلعب دور كبيرا وبارزا في تطوير عمليةالسلوك التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة محل الدراس من خلال مؤشرات الثقة الامانة التعاون الجدية والتوصية في الاخير ان القيم الاجتماعية لها تاثير كبير في سلوك الفرد داخل المنظمة . Abstract: Our study aims to shed light on the role of social values on organizational behavior among workers in the municipalities of Medea State. We rely on the descriptive approach to suit our study. The study concluded that social values through the dimensions of moral values and work values play a major and prominent role in developing the organizational behavior process within the institution under study through indicators of trust, honesty, cooperation, seriousness, and finally recommending that social values have a major impact on the behavior of the individual within the organization.
