استخدام المؤشرات غير المالية لتحسين أداء الاستغلال في المؤسسة الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى اهتمام المؤسسات في الجزائر بالمؤشرات الغير المالية في تقييم أداء عمليات الاستغلال في مقابل الاهتمام القوي بالمؤشرات المالية و تمت الدراسة على مستوى إحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية .توصلنا في بحثنا هذا إلى أن كل من المؤشر غير المالي المتمثل في النمو والابتكار والمؤشر غير المالي المتمثل في العامل البيئي هما المؤشرات الأكبر تأثير على مستوى أداء العمليات التشغيلية في المؤسسة و ذلك تطبيقا للمتطلبات القانونية لحماية البيئة و المستهلك . الكلمات المفتاحية :,مؤشرات الأداء ,العمليات التشغيلية , Abstract: The objective of this study is to find out the extent to which institutions in Algeria are interested in non-financial indicators in evaluating the performance of exploits in exchange for strong interest in financial indicator, we found that both the non-financial indicator of growth and innovation and the non-financial indicator of the environmental factor are the most influential indicators on the level of performance of operations in the public institution in accordance with the legal requirements to protect the environment and the consumers
