Corruption And Economic Growth In Arab Countries-an Econometric Study Using Dynamic Panel Models And (gmm) Technique During The Period (2003-2017)-
Résumé: The objective of this study is to estimate the impact of corruption on the economic growth of a sample of (10) countries from the Arab region during the period (2003-2017) using dynamic panel model and GMM- technique in the estimation process, The results of the study indicate that there is a negative and moral impact of corruption on the economic growth in the Arab countries. When the increase of corruption by one degree will lead to a decline in the growth rate of per capita GDP in the Arab countries by 0.04%, the study also recommended the need for Arab Countries to fight corruption and establishing good governance, democracy, accountability and transparency. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير أثر الفساد على النمو الاقتصادي لعينة تشمل 10 دول من المنطقة العربية وذلك خلال Panel Models) والاعتماد على تقنية العزوم المعممة (GMM) في عملية التقدير، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر سالب ومعنوي للفساد على النمو الاقتصادي في الدول العربية، فعند زيادة الفساد بمقدار درجة واحدة سيؤدي إلى انخفاض معدل نمو نصيب الفرد من إجمالي الناتج المحلي في الدول العربية بنسبة %0.04. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اتجاه الدول العربية إلى محاربة الفساد و الاتجاه أكثر إلى تعزيز مرتكزات الحكامة الجيدة عن طريق إرساء مبادئ الحكم الراشد و الديمقراطية و المساءلة و الشفافية.الفترة (2003-2017)، باستخدام أسلوب نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية الدينامكية (Dynamic
