Résumé: كتاب التحرير لمسائل التَّصيير للإمام الملوي من كتب النوازل المخطوطة التي اهتمت بموضوع مراعاة التهمة في التَّصرفات المالية، وخاصة في فسخ الدين بالدين، وسد كل التعاملات التي تتخذ حيلا للتوصل إلى ما لا يجوز شرعا، وقد جمع فيه الملوي نصوصا كثيرة ومسائل ونوازل جليلة تفيد الباحث في موضوع سد الذرائع واعتبار التهم والشبه التي تفضي إلى الممنوع شرعا.
