إشكالية توطين نظم الإدارة البيئية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حلقة أساسية في التنمية الاقتصادية، تنافس من أجل البقاء والاستمرارية، إلا أنه خلال نشاطها ينتج آثار سلبية على البيئة، ونظرا لتأثير جماعات الضغط وانتشار الوعي البيئي أصبح التزام المؤسسة بيئيا معيار من معايير نجاحها، ومن بين الآليات التي تجسد هذا الالتزام تبنيها لنظام الإدارة البيئية، لما يترتب عنه من آثار إيجابية، هذا ما يشكل تحد كبير أمامها نظرا لخصوصيتها من جهة ومتطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية من جهة أخرى. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة إشكالية الالتزام البيئي في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وبالخصوص في حالة التوجه نحو تبني المواصفة المعيارية ISO14001. Abstract: SME are an essential link in economic development, it compete for survival and continuity. But during its activity it produces negative effects on the environment. Due to the influence of pressure groups and the spread of environmental awareness, the company's commitment to the environment has become one of the criteria for its success. Among the mechanisms that embody this commitment their adopting to the environmental management system, Because of its positive effects. This is a huge challenge for its, on the one hand, due to its peculiarity, on the other hand, environmental management system requirements. This study aims to shed light on the problem of environmental commitment in SME, especially when it wants to adopt the standard ISO14001.
