دور خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني في ترقية التجارة الإلكترونية - تجربة الجزائر-

Résumé: تسعى مختلف دول العالم - بما فيها الجزائر- إلى تطوير نشاطاتها التجارية عامة والتجارية الإلكترونية على وجه الخصوص، ومن أجل بلوغ ذلك تبذل الجزائر العديد من الجهود، التي تتمثل أغلبها في كيفية توظيف خدمات ووسائل الدفع الإلكتروني لترقية وتفعيل التجارة الإلكترونية. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أهمية خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني في ترقية التجارة الإلكترونية، مع تسليط الضوء على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالدفع الإلكتروني، إضافة إلى التعرف على أهم وسائل الدفع المستخدمة كأداة لتفعيل التجارة الإلكترونية، كما عمدت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع تطبيق ذلك بالجزائر في ظل الانتشار الهائل للتجارة الإلكترونية ومدى استخدام بطاقات وخدمات الدفع الحديثة في ذلك، وكذا التطرق إلى أبرز الجهود والإنجازات التي حققتها الجزائر في هذه المجال. Different countries, including Algeria, seek to develop their commercial activities in general and their e-commerce activities in particular, and in order to achieve this, Algeria is making many efforts, most of which have been represented in how to employ electronic payment services and means to promote and activate e-commerce. And This research paper aims to study the importance of electronic payment services in activating and activating e-commerce, highlighting the most important concepts related to e-payment and e-commerce, in addition to identifying the most important payment methods used as a tool to activate e-commerce. This study also examined the reality of the application of this in Algeria in light of the huge spread of e-commerce and the extent to which modern payment cards and services are used in this regard, as well as touching on the most prominent efforts and achievements achieved by Algeria in this field.
