تطبيق قواعد الترجيح عند المفسرين –الآليات والآثار
Résumé: "يتناول هذا البحث موضوع تطبيق قواعد الترجيح عند المفسرين –الآليات والآثار-، وقد جاءت إشكالية البحث كالآتي: ما أثر تطبيق قواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالتفسير في اختلاف المفسرين؟ وقد تطرق البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأوّل: مدخلٌ مفاهيميّ عام لقواعد الترجيح عند المفسرين المبحث الثاني: نماذج من قواعد الترجيح المتعلقة باللغة. المبحث الثالث: نماذج من قواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالنص القرآني والإجماع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لقواعد الترجيح عند المفسرين أثر كبير في اختلاف أوجه التفسير عند المفسرين، وقد تجلى ذلك في الكثير من المواضع في القرآن الكريم. ""This research deals with the application of weighting rules among interpreters - mechanisms and effects - and the problem of the research was as follows: What is the impact of the application of weighting rules related to interpretation on the difference of interpreters? The research dealt with three topics: First Section: A General Conceptual Introduction to the Rules of Weighting in Interpreters Second Section: Models of weighting rules related to language. Third Section: Models of weighting rules related to the Qur'anic text and consensus. The study found that the rules of weighting in interpreters have a great impact on the different interpretations of commentators, and this has been reflected in many places in the Holy Qur'an. "
