خلفيات الموقف المعارض للعولمة الثقافية : الموقف الفرنسي نموذجا

Résumé: Abstract: We attempt through this research work to analyze the cultural globalization phenomenon, and to determine the factors and causes that push some states to refuse it, through studying the objectives of cultural globalization and the tools used to achieve it, and shedding light on the case of France which never hesitate to express its opposition to the cultural dimension of globalization because of its negative effects on the components of identity especially on French language, social values, national cultural industry, and the historical place of France on the international scene. For these reasons, we seek to clarify the different unilateral and multilateral measures taken by France to put end or at least to reduce the unfavorable impact of the unification of the world under the same values, and generalization of the American cultural model at the universal level according to the French vision.
