مساهمة الذكاء الاستراتيجي في استدامة الميزة التنافسية لشركات الاتصالات الخلوية العاملة في الجزائر (دراسة ميدانية)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى مساهمة الذكاء الاستراتيجي في استدامة الميزة التنافسية بشركات الاتصالات العاملة في الجزائر، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (245) مفردة من الهيئة الإدارية والموظفين لشركات الاتصالات (جيزي، أريدو، موبيليس)، وقد تم اختبار هذا الأثر باستخدام تحليل الانحدار البسيط، وتحليل التباين الأحادي. أشارت أهم النتائج إلى وجود مساهمة عالية للذكاء الاستراتيجي في استدامة الميزة التنافسية، كما أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مساهمة عمليات إدارة المعرفة في استدامة الميزة التنافسية تعزى إلى سنوات الخدمة والمستوى الوظيفي، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تأسيس قسم مستقل في الشركات قيد الدراسة تحت اسم (الذكاء الاستراتيجي) يظهر في الهيكل التنظيمي وتحدد مهامه بخلق المعرفة وامتلاكها والمشاركة والخزن والانتفاع والتقييم. Abstract : This study aims to measure the contribution of strategic intelligence on achieving sustainable competitive advantage, study sample consisted of (245) Single from the management board at telecommunication companies in Algeria, The data were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), depending on the simple regression, analysis of variance. The results of the study assured that there’s a high contribution for the strategic intelligence on achieving sustainable competitive advantage. There are no statistically significant differences between strategic intelligence on achieving competitive advantage according to experience, and organizational level. Finally, the study encourages the Executive to establish an independent department for strategic intelligence.
