Résumé: تأكد التكريس القانوني لحقوق المسنين و حمايتهم في الجزائر على غرار التشريعات الدولية و المقارنة، حيث نرى مثلا التكريس الدستوري لحماية الأشخاص المسنين في دستور 2020، و أيضا في عدة نصوص قانونية أخرى و تنظيمية. و من خلال دراسة مختلف هذه النصوص القانونية الداخلية، يتضح لنا بأن المشرع الجزائري تبنى ما جاءت به مختلف المواثيق الدولية التي تطرقت لهذا الموضوع سواء ضمنيا أو بشكل صريح. The legal dedication to the rights of the elderly and their protection has been confirmed in Algeria along the lines of international and comparative legislation, where we see, for example, the constitutional dedication to the protection of elderly persons in the 2020 constitution, as well as in several other legal and regulatory texts. And through the study of these various internal legal texts, it becomes clear to us that the Algerian legislator has adopted the provisions of the various international conventions that dealt with this subject, either implicitly or explicitly.
