"دور القيادة الإدارية في إدارة الصراع التنظيمي في المؤسسة - دراسة حالة بلدية دوار الماء بالوادي- "

Résumé: " هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إختبار العلاقة بين القيادة الإدارة والصراع التنظيمي داخل بلدية دوار الماء، من خلال البحث على كيفية تأثير طبيعة القيادة الإدارة على إدارة الصراع التنظيمي. تم الإعتماد على الإستبانة كآداة لجمع البيانات ومن أجل معالجة وتحليل البيانات تم الإستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPPS V22) . تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: -أنه يوجد مستوى مقبول للقيادة الإدارية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أن هناك ممارسة جيدة لإدارة الصراع التنظيمي في المؤسسة، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى أبعاد القيادة الإدارية وإدارة الصراع التنظيمي لدى موظفي المؤسسة. " "This study aimed to test the relationship between leadership, management, and organizational conflict within the municipality of Dur El Maa, by researching how the nature of leadership and management affects organizational conflict management. A questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting data, and in order to process and analyze the data, the statistical package program (Spss) was used. A set of results were reached, the most important of which are: -There is an acceptable level of administrative leadership in the institution under study. There is also a good practice of managing organizational conflict in the institution, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the level of the dimensions of administrative leadership and organizational conflict management among the institution’s employees. "
