المرأة المقاولة ومشاركتها في التنمية المستدامة بالجزائر.

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى تبيان الدور التي تؤديه المرأة المقاولة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، في اطار اهتمام بمطلب تفعيل آلية الادماج وتوسيع مجال مشاركة المرأة سواء على الصعيد الدولي وعلى الصعيد الوطني بما فذلك الجزائر. وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي للإجابة على تساؤلاتها الرئيسية والتي تمركزت في ماهية الدور التي تلعبه المرأة المقاولة في الارتقاء بالتنمية المستدامة كخيار استراتيجي في الجزائر ؟، ماهية طبيعة مشاركتها في هذه العملية ؟، وما هي أهم الآليات التي تتعزز بها مساهمة المرأة في التنمية المستدامة ؟ The objective of the study was to demonstrate the role played by women entrepreneurs in achieving sustainable development, in the context of the need to operationalize the integration mechanism and to expand women's participation at both the international and national le including Algeria. The study relied on the descriptive approach to its key questions, which was centred on how women entrepreneurs play a role in advancing sustainable development as a strategic option in Algeria? What is the nature of her involvement in this process? What are the most important mechanisms by which women's contribution to sustainable development is enhanced?
