دور المنصات الرقمية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة دراسة حالة منصة Moodle ومنصة Sndl

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه المنصات الرقمية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على منصتي MOODLE و SNDL من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتمدت على استبيان الكتروني موجه الى عينة عشوائية من 58 أستاذ باحث. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن أغلبية الأساتذة من العينة المدروسة يتفقون على أن المنصة الرقمية أسهل وأفضل لتقديم الدروس عن بعد، ولها فوائد عديدة للطلبة وللأساتذة. كما أن منصة (SNDL) توفر للأساتذة كل ما يحتاجونه في بحثهم العلمي. لكن من ناحية معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين المنصات الرقمية وجودة التعليم العالي فقد توصلت الدراسة الى أنه توجد علاقة طردية وضعيفة جدا. وعليه توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز العلاقة بين الأدوات التعليمية الرقمية على غرار المنصات والبوابات الرقمية لدعم وتحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية من خلال الحث على استخدام هذه المنصات الرقمية من طرف الأساتذة والطلبة وتوفير التكنولوجيا اللازمة لضمان الاستمرارية في استخدامها وبالتالي تحقيق متطلبات جودة التعليم العالي. Abstract This study aims to investigate the role of digital platforms in enhancing the quality of higher education, with a focus on the platforms Moodle and SNDL from the perspective of professors. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach and relied on an electronic questionnaire directed to a random sample of 58 professors. The study found that the majority of the sampled professors agree that digital platforms are easier and better for remote lesson delivery, with numerous benefits for both students and professors. Additionally, the SNDL platform provides professors with everything they need for their scientific research. However, regarding understanding the nature of the relationship between digital platforms and the quality of higher education, the study found a very weak negative relationship. Therefore, the study recommends the necessity of enhancing the relationship between digital educational tools, such as platforms and digital portals, to support and improve the quality of educational services. This can be achieved by encouraging the use of these digital platforms by professors and students.
