Surveillance Immunologique De La Toxoplasmose Et De La Rubéole Chez La Femme Enceinte
Résumé: Pregnant women are exposed to the immune risks of toxoplasmosis and rubella for their health and the health of the fetus, from which the need to perform analyzes based on serological tests during the assessment of pregnancy declaration based on method (ELFA). Serological diagnoses are based on the dosage of the antibodys IgG and IgM and determination of seroprevalence. In this study, the census of 120 cases of pregnant women has allowed us to deduce that most of pregnant women tested are immunized against rubella with a rate of. 84,2%. However, they are not immunized against toxoplasmosis, whether 66% of patients were found negative with the presence of 2 cases 1,73% of chronic toxoplasmosis infection. The danger of infection exists in seronegative patients with a probale risk of fetal damage, so the screening of IgM is required monthly during the whole pregnancy period, meanwhile, while the dosage of IgM and IgG would highly be recommended for the future pregnancies.
