دراسات في مصادر الوقف والابتداء المكتفى في الوقف والابتدا لأبي عمرو الدني نموذجا

Résumé: في هذا المقال يدرس الباحث أحد أهم مصادر علم الوقف والابتداء، ألا وهو كتاب المكتفى للإمام أبي عمرو الداني، يصف فيه ويحلّل جميع أبوابه، ويبيِّن معالمه المنهجية، ويقف على أهم اختياراته وترجيحاته. وما هذا المقال إلاّ حلقة في سلسلة من الدراسات يريد الباحث أن تطال جميع مصادر هذا العلم الشريف، ولعله بمجموعها يستطيع أن يسطِّر مساره المعرفي والمنهجي والموضوعي الذي حدّده روّاده، ويحدِّد في الوقت نفسه مجال المناورة والإبداع داخل هذا الحقل المعرفي المخصوص. In this article, the researcher studies one of the most important sources of the science of endowment and beginnings, which is the book Al-Muqtafa of Imam Abu Amr al-Dani, describing and analyzing all its chapters, and showing its methodological characteristics, and its most important choices and preferences. And this article is only part of a series of studies where the researcher wants to cover all the sources of this honorable science, and perhaps as a whole, he will be able to trace his cognitive, methodological and objective path defined by its pioneers, and at the same time define the field of maneuver and creativity in this particular field of Islamic knowledge.
