Résumé: The objective of our project is to create a flat Web form type back offices , A dynamic site is "automatically" double, A public part viewed by Internet users and a private administration area protected by passwords and managed by a web master that manage under the Internet to dock E-Administration TIC and improve the tasks, facilitated the interactions between the Three establishments (DWPTIC, Postal Direction, Direction Telecom) and sheath processing time documentary. - Our main mission was to realize this Information System E-administration TIC in web application.
