مظاهر اللاأمن الإنساني وتحديات بناء السلم في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي

Résumé: تعتبر منطقة الساحل الإفريقي منطقة جيوستراتيجية ومهمة جدا في القارة الإفريقية، لكن على الرغم من هذا إلا أنّها تواجه مجموعة من التهديدات الأمنية والتحديات التي تتجاوز حدود الدولة مثل: الجفاف والتصحر وانتشار الفقر والأوبئة، وانتشار الجريمة المنظمة والإرهاب الدولي، وهذا ما أصبح يشكّل تهديدا حقيقا وكبيرا على الأمن الإنساني في المنطقة، يستوجب إيجاد بعض الحلول والآليات لمواجهة هذه التهديدات من أجل تحقيق الاستقرار وبناء الدولة في الساحل الإفريقي، ولا يكون ذلك إلا من خلال مقاربة تنموية إنسانية شاملة. : Afric's sahel region geostratiges is more important in contant african althaogh suffors from a security valnerbility, which manifasted in an emergence new pattims of supra national threats nom military in general. like drought desetification, and the spread of poverty and epidemics and the spread of organised crime and international terrorism.
