الذكاء الاصطناعي ودوره في مشروع الجينوم البشري الإماراتي (دراسة في ضوء الفقه الإسلامي )

Résumé: ملخص البحث: يتناول هـذا البحث موضوع مشروع الجينوم البشري ودور الذكاء الاصطناعي فيه، مع تسليط الضوء على مشروع الجينوم البشري الإماراتي، مع بيان الحكم الشرعي لمشاريع الجينوم البشرية بشكل عام، والتكييف الفقهي لدور الذكاء الاصطناعي فيها وضوابطه الشرعية، وبيان النظرة الشريعة الإسلامية لمثل هذه الممارسات. وهذا الموضوع من الموضوعات المطروحة حالياً للدراسة والبحث، على جميع الأصعدة العلمية والفقهية؛ لأهميتها البالغة، وتوجه العديد من الدول لانشاء ورعاية مثل هذه المشارع المتنامية والتي تتطور بشكل متسارع جداً، بالإضافة لخصائصها البارزة كالدقة والسرعة والإنتاجية، مما يجعل من الصعوبة بمكان تجاهل دورها وأهميتها. لذا استهدف هذا البحث بيان الرأي الفقهي حول هذه المسائل، واستعراض الضوابط الشرعية للاستعانة بتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي في مشروع الجينوم البشري. Research Summary: This research deals with the subject of the human genome project and the role of artificial intelligence in it, highlighting the UAE human genome project, with a statement of legitimacy of human genome projects in general, and the jurisprudential adaptation of the role of artificial intelligence and its legal controls, and a statement of the Islamic Sharia view of such practices. This is one of the topics currently under study and research, at all levels of scientific and jurisprudence; because of its great importance, and directed many countries to establish and sponsor such growing projects, which are developing very rapidly, in addition to its prominent characteristics such as accuracy, speed and productivity, which makes it difficult to ignore its role and importance. The aim of this research was to explain the jurisprudential opinion on these issues, and to review the legal controls for the use of artificial intelligence in the Human Genome Project.
