انعكاسات الأزمة الماليــة العالميـة على حجـم تدفق الاستثمارات الأجنبيـة المباشـرة في دول شمـال إفريقيـــا للفترة 2000 - 2013

Résumé: يعتبر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الدعامة والركيزة الأساسية للدول النامية ذات الاقتصاد الهش، والتي تعاني من تبعات وآثار سلبية ومزمنة من جراء الأزمات الاقتصادية والمالية ذات الطبيعة الدورية، فهو يعتبر من مصادر التمويل المهمة في ظل تداعيات الأزمة لأنه ينشط الاقتصاد ويساهم في زيادة العمالة ويخفض من نسبة المديونية، ومن هذا المنطلق كان ولا بد من دول شمال إفريقيا التي تعاني هشاشة في اقتصادياتها من تفعيل دور الاستثمار الأجنبي عن طريق إيجاد آليات تحفزه وتزيد فاعليته في ظل التداعيات المزمنة للأزمة المالية. لذا جاء موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية مقاربة نظرية للازمة المالية بين الماضي و الحاضر و في نقطة ثانية تم عرض دور الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في التنمية ليليها عرض انعكاسات الأزمة على حجم تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في دول شمال إفريقيا، و في الأخير خلصت الورقة لجملة من الاستنتاجات و تقديم بعض التوصيات.
