البحث في العلوم الاجتماعية، بين تفعيل الضوابط العلمية وتكريس المبادئ الأخلاقية

Résumé: ملخص: يعتمد البحث العلمي في أي ميدان من ميادين المعارف الاجتماعية على ركيزتين أساسيتين، الأولى إنما تتمثل في التقنيات والضوابط العلمية التي تحكم الجانب الشكلي الخارجي، من مناهج بحث وأساليب كتابة إلى تقنيات الاقتباس والتهميش وغيرها، أما الركيزة الثانية فتتمحور حول الأدبيات العامة للعملية البحثية، وما تمليه من التزامات أخلاقية، يتوجب على الباحث التقيد بها حتى لا يشوب بحثه عيوب ومآخذ أخلاقية تتنافى مع الهدف السامي المرجو تحقيقه من البحث. إن اختلال أحد الركيزتين أو تغييب أحدهما، يجرد البحث من صفته العلمية، و يحيد عن تحقيق أهدافه. فالبحث العلمي باعتباره نوع من أنواع النشاط الذي يهدف إلى تقديم إضافات جديدة في مجالات العلم المختلفة، يعتمد على حدود علمية ممنهجة وروح بحثية متقدة تتصف بالأمانة العلمية. Abstract: Scientific research in any field of social knowledge depends on two basic pillars: the first is the scientific techniques and controls that govern the external formality, from research methods and methods of writing to techniques of quotation and marginalization, among others. The second is the general literature of the research process and its moral obligations, which the researcher must abide by so that his research does not lead to flaws and ethical problems that are incompatible with the ultimate objective. The dysfunction or absence of one of the two pillars strips research of its scientific character and deviates from the achievement of its objectives. Scientific research, as a type of activity aimed at introducing new additions in different fields of science, is based on systematic scientific boundaries and a sophisticated spirit of scientific honesty.
