الصناعات التقليدية والحرف ودور المراة في تنمية القطاع السياحي -جمعية ريادة بالجلفة نمودجا-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على الصناعات التقليدية والحرف ودور المرأة الحرفية في تحقيق تنمية القطاع السياحي ، حيث أن مساهمة هده الاخيرة يعتبر عنصرا فاعلا وهاما و مؤشرا هاما لتحقيق تنمية القطاع السياحي .وهدا من خلال التطرق الى جهود الدولة لتحقيق دلك ، بالإضافة الى بيان دور الجمعيات وكانت جمعية ريادة بولاية الجلفة نموذجا في دراستنا. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها:ان الصناعات التقليدية اصبحت ضرورة حتمية تتبناها الدولة والمجتمع المدني ، و هناك وعي لدى افراد المجتمع بأهمية الصناعات التقليدية وللمرأة دور كبير في استحداث الصناعات التقليدية لتحقيق تنمية القطاع السياحي بالمنطقة والبلد ككل ، وكذا على الجهات المعنية إدماج المرأة الحرفية ومرافقتها وخلق مناخ يساعدها على المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. The research aims to study traditional industries and crafts and the role of craftswomen in achieving the development of the tourism sector. The contribution of craftswomen is considered an active element and important indicator for achieving the development of the tourism sector. This research is showing the efforts of the state to achieve the desired development, in addition to explaining the role of associations the Ryada Association in Djelfa was a model in our study. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: traditional industries have become an inevitable necessity adopted by the state and civil society, there is awareness among members of society of the importance of traditional industries women have a major role in the development of traditional industries to achieve the development of the tourism sector in the region and the country as a whole. As well, the concerned authorities should integrate craftswomen and accompany them by creating a conducive atmosphere to help them contribute in the achievement of economic development.
