الاعداد النفسي ودوره في تحقيق الإنجاز في المنافسات الرياضية – دراسة نظرية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه الاعداد النفسي في تحقيق الإنجاز الرياضي، وان الاعداد والتهيئة النفسية أصبحت عملية ضرورية وملحة بالنسبة للاعب لكي يستطيع السيطرة عليها وذلك لتحقيق أفضل مستوى من الاداء وتحقيق أفضل النتائج والوصول إلى مستوى الانجاز الجيد. حيث خلصت الى ان للإعداد النفسي أهمية كبيرة في تحقيق الإنجاز في المنافسات الرياضية ولا بد من اتباع خطوات من اجل تفعيل وتوازن اعداد متكامل، وللإعداد النفسي له تقنيات يجب اتباعها لتخفيف الضغوط النفسية خلال المنافسة، كما ان للمنافسة خصائص يتطلب ادراكها مع وجوب معرفة عناصر الصفات النفسية قبل المنافسة وكذلك توضيح طرق تنمية الصفات النفسية للمنافسات الرياضية مع ضرورة استخدام القياس النفسي في المنافسات الرياضية. This study aimed to identify the role played by psychological preparation in achieving athletic success, and that psychological preparation and preparation became a necessary and urgent process for the player to control in order to achieve the best level of performance. and achieve the best results and achieve the level of good achievement. As I have concluded that psychological preparation is of great importance for success in sports competitions, steps must be taken in order to activate and balance an integrated number, and psychological preparation has techniques that must be followed. to relieve psychological pressures during competition, and that competition has characteristics that require awareness with the need to know the elements of psychological qualities.
