دور الدبلوماسية الدفاعية الجزائرية في حل مختلف النزاعات الإفريقية –نماذج مختارة

Résumé: تعتبر الدبلوماسية الدفاعية الجزائرية نتاج تراكمات ثورية منذ الاستقلال، قائمة على مبادئ ردع العدوان الخارجي بمختلف أشكاله باستعمال سياسات ووسائل عسكرية واقتصادية تهدف إلى حماية السيادة الوطنية، وتأمين الحدود من الاختراق من قبل التهديدات الإرهابية والجريمة المنظمة والهجرة غير الشرعية، كما تهدف الجزائر إلى لعب دور القائد الإقليمي والحامي للمنطقة من خلال المواقف الدبلوماسية الساعية لحل النزاعات الدولية بين الدول العربية فيما بينها أو بين الدول الإفريقية، لغرض المساهمة الفعالة في بناء السلم والأمن الدوليين وخلق الاستقرار في إفريقيا والعالم. Algerian defence diplomacy has been the product of revolutionary accumulations since independence, based on the principles of deterring foreign aggression in all its forms by using military and economic policies and means aimed at protecting national sovereignty, Securing borders from penetration by terrorist threats, organized crime and illegal migration, Algeria also aims to play the role of regional leader and protector of the region through effective diplomatic positions seeking to resolve international disputes between Arab States among themselves or between African States, for the purpose of contributing effectively to building international peace and security and creating stability in Africa and the world.
