قياس الكفاءة التشغيلية باستخدام نموذج حد التكلفة العشوائية دراسة حالة عينة من البنوك العاملة في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2008-2017)

Résumé: الملخص : تتناول هذه الدراسة قياس الكفاءة التشغيلية لعينة من البنوك العاملة بالجزائر، والمكونة من سبع بنوك بنكين عموميين وبنك مختلط وأربع بنوك خاصة أجنبية خلال الفترة (2008-2017)، حيث قمنا بدراسة قياسية بإتباع طريقة حد التكلفة العشوائية، وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في أن البنوك صغيرة الحجم أكثر كفاءة في إدارة تكاليفها من البنوك كبيرة الحجم، كما أن البنوك الجزائرية محل الدراسة تتمتع بالكفاءة من حيث الإحلال بين مدخلاتها، إلا أنها لا تتمتع بالقدرة على التحكم بتكاليفها من خلال أسعار مدخلاتها لأنها لم تحقق مرونة طلب سعرية، كما أن البنوك العاملة بالجزائر محل الدراسة لم تحقق وفورات حجم عدا بنكين صغيري الحجم، إلا أنها حققت وفورات نطاق تمكنها من تنويع منتجاتها. الكلمات المفتاح : كفاءة تشغيلية، إدارة التكاليف، طريقة حد التكلفة العشوائية، مرونة الإحلال، مرونة سعرية، وفورات حجم، وفورات النطاق. تصنيف JEL: D22, G21, L25 Abstract : This study aims to measure the operational efficiency of a sample of seven operating banks in Algeria represented by two public banks, mixed (public-private) bank and four foreign private banks, during the period (2008-2017), econometrical study using the stochastic cost frontier model. The results show that the Algerian small banks are more efficient than the big ones in managing its costs. The study sample generally has efficiency in substitutability between its production inputs but they cannot dominate their costs through their price of inputs as they did not achieve the price elasticity of demand. These banks also did not achieve economies of scale except two small banks but they have achieved economies of scope which enable them to diversify their products.
