دور محافظ الحسابات في تدقيق حسابات المؤسسات والجمعيات الخيرية (دراسة حالة جمعية سنابل الخير )

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يقوم به محافظ الحسابات في سبيل تدقيق حسابات الجمعيات الخيرية، وفي هذا الصدد فقد قمنا بدراسة حالة جمعية سنابل الخير بالدبيلة وهذا من خلال عرض التقرير الذي أعده محافظ الحسابات القائم بمراجعة حساباتها،والذي على أساسه استخلاصنا الدور الذي يلعبه محافظ الحسابات في تدقيق حسابات هذا النوع من الجمعيات والمتمثل أساسا في توضيح مواضع استخدام الإعانات المالية التي تتحصل عليه هذه الجمعيات،إضافة إلى التأكد من سلامة الآليات القانونية لصرفها،وأيضا إبراز مصادر الموارد المالية المختلفة التي تتحصل عليها تلك الجمعيات. This study aims to identify the role played by the account governor in order to audit the accounts of charities In this regard، we have studied the case of the Sanabel Al-Khair Association in Debila، by presenting the report prepared by the account governor who audits its accounts، on the basis of which we have drawn the role that the account governor plays in auditing the accounts of this type of association which is mainly represented in clarifying the use of the financial subsidies obtained by these associations، in addition to ensuring the integrity of the legal mechanisms for their disbursement، as well as highlighting the various sources of financial resources obtained by these associations.
