نظرة تحليلية لآفاق الشراكة بين حاضنات الأعمال وهيئات الدعم ودورها في جذب التمويل للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

Résumé: على اعتبار حاضنات الأعمال وهيئات الدعم ضرورة حتمية في الوقت الراهن كعنصر فاعل في عملية تنمية القطاع الاقتصادي، من خلال احتضان ودعم وتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكذا المؤسسات الناشئة، هدفت هاته الدراسة إلى تحليل آفاق الشراكة بين حاضنات الأعمال ومختلف هيئات الدعم في الجزائر وكذا ربط الجامعة بمحيطها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وبينت الدراسة أن هاته الشراكة من شأنها المساهمة الفاعلة في نجاح المؤسسات على أرض الواقع وتوفير التمويل اللازم لها، كما قدمت الدراسة حاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة كنموذج وتسليط الضوء على أهم الاتفاقيات المنجزة فيها لربط الجامعة مع مختلف الشركاء الاقتصاديين والاجتماعيين. Considering that business incubators and support organizations are an imperative at the present time as an active element in the process of developing the economic sector, by incubating, supporting and financing small and medium enterprises as well as startups, this study aimed to analyze the prospects for partnership between business incubators and various support agencies in Algeria, as well as linking the university with its surroundings The study showed that this partnership would contribute effectively to the success of institutions on the ground and provide the necessary funding for them. The study also presented the business incubator of the University of Messila as a model and shed light on the most important agreements implemented in it to link the university with various economic and social partners.
