دور دار المقاولاتية كموجه للطالب الجامعي في انشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة – دار المقاولاتية بجامعة تلمسان نموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الذي تقوم به دار المقاولاتية على مستوى جامعة تلمسان في توجيه الطالبة الجامعيين ومساعدتهم على انشاء مشروعهم الخاص، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على طريقة الاستبيان الذي وجه إلى طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية -جامعة تلمسان- بغية تحديد توجههم نحو العمل المقاولاتي، ومدى مساهمة دار المقاولاتية في تعزيز وتشجيع الطلبة على ذلك. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن دار المقاولاتيه تساهم بشكل فعال في تشجيع وتوجيه ودعم طلبة جامعة تلمسان على انشاء مؤسسات صغيرة أو متوسطة خاصة بهم، وذلك من خلال تنظيم دورات تدريبية وتوفير بيئة متكاملة تساعدهم في تحقيق واستدامة مشروعاتهم. فبعدما كان الطالب الجامعي يبحث عن منصب شغل أصبح هو يخلق ويوفر مناصب الشغل. This study aims to highlight the role of the Entrepreneurial House at the University of Tlemcen in guiding and assisting students to establish their own projects. The study was based on a questionnaire sent to the students of the Faculty of Economic Sciences - the University of Tlemcen – in order to determin their orientation towards entrepreneurial activity, and to investigate the contribution of the Entrepreneurial House in the encouragement of students. The study found that the Entrepreneurial House actively contributes to encouraging, guiding and supporting students from the University of Tlemcen to establish their own small or medium-sized enterprises by organizing training courses and providing an integrated environment to help them achieve and sustain their projects. The students of the University become job creators after being job seekers
