دور حاضنات الأعمال والحظائر التكنولوجية في تجسيد مخرجات التعليم العالي في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه الحاضنات الأكاديمية والحظائر التكنولوجية في الربط بين الباحثين في الجامعات ومراكز البحث وبين مؤسسات المجتمع وقطاعات المعرفة من خلال تجسيد وتثمين مخرجات البحث العلمي في شكل مؤسسات ناشئة من شأنها دعم النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف؛ تم القيام بدارسة تحليلية حول واقع هذه الحاضنات والحظائر في الجزائر، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى تأكيد مساهمة حاضنات الأعمال الأكاديمية والحظائر التكنولوجية في دعم الباحثين وحاملي الأفكار الإبداعية وتثمين نتائج البحث العلمي من خلال العدد المعتبر لبراءات الاختراع المسجلة وكذا المؤسسات الناشئة التي تم خلقها. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the important role played by academic incubators and technology parks in linking between researchers in universities and research centers and community institutions and knowledge sectors through the embodiment and valorization of scientific research outputs in the form of startups that support economic growth in Algeria. In order to achieve this objective; An analytical study was carried out on the reality of these incubators and technology parks in Algeria, the study concluded and confirm the contribution of academic business incubators and technology parks in supporting researchers and creative idea holders and valuing the results of scientific research from the significant number of registered patents as well as the startups that were created.
