دور اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تعزيز الإتصال بين المؤسسة ومحيطها- دراسة حالة مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بالشلف-

Résumé: إرساء نظام معلومات قوي والتحلي باليقظة الاستراتيجية بجميع مجالاتها يعد ضرورة حتمية على المؤسسات لاتصالها ببيئتها، ونحاول في هذه الورقة تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز الاتصال بين مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ومحيطها، وقد استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة لأجل استطلاع آراء عينة الدراسة المكونة من 36 فرد وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد دور إحصائي لليقظة الاستراتيجية بنوعيها التجارية و التكنولوجية في تعزيز اتصال مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر"شلف" ومحيطها، في حين أن اليقظة التنافسية والبيئية لم يظهر لها أي دور إحصائي في هذه الدراسة. وتوصلنا في الأخير بضرورة تشكيل المؤسسة لوحدة فعالة خاصة باليقظة الاستراتيجية من أجل تزويدها بالمعلومات الضرورية، بغية تعزيز اتصالاتها بمحيطها. establishing a strong information system and being strategically vigilant in all its areas is an imperative for organizations to communicate with their environment, we try in this paper to highlight the extent to which strategic vigilance contributes to strengthening communication between the Institution of Communications of Algeria and its surroundings, and the study has used the questionnaire to survey the survey sample of 36 individuals and the results of the study have shown that there is a statistical role for strategic vigilance of both types of business and Technology in enhancing the communication of the Algiers Telecommunications Corporation (Schlff)and its surroundings, while competitive and environmental vigilance did not play any statistical role in this study
