Résumé: تشكل مؤسسات المجتمع المدني واحدة من الحلقات الرئيسية والفعالة في إحداث التغيير في المجتمع بما يساهم في تطوره و وتقدمه ، وتتلخص بعض مهام تلك المؤسسات في نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان بين الجماهير، وتوعية المجتمع بأفراده وتشكيلاته المحلية وأطره الجماهيرية والنقابية بمزايا نظام الحكم الديمقراطي ، ونشر ثقافة التسامح وقبول الآخر، ومن منطلق أن هناك دوراً هاماً ورائداً تقوم به مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في ترسيخ قيم الديموقراطية سنحاول في هذا المقال أن نبرز قوة هذه الصلة والترابط Civil society organizations are one of the main and effective workshops in bringing about change in the society, which contributes to its development and progress.
