Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر سياسة توزيع الأرباح من بين القرارات المالية الإستراتيجية التي تمارسها المؤسسة وتؤثر فيها مجموعة من العوامل أهمها السلوك التمويلي.هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر السلوك التمويلي على سياسة توزيع الأرباح لعينة مكونة من 13 مؤسسة اقتصادية مدرجة في مؤشر داو جونز الصناعيDJIAللفترة الممتدة من 2009 إلى 2018، ومن أجل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر موجب وذات دلالة إحصائية للديون طويلة الأجل على سياسة توزيع الأرباح معبرا عنها بنصيب السهم الواحد من الأرباح الموزعةللمؤسسات الاقتصادية المدرجة في مؤشرDJIA، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للديون قصيرة الأجل وإجمالي الديون على نصيب السهم الواحد منالأرباح الموزعة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة. Abstract: Dividend distribution policy is considered among the strategic financial decisions exercised by the Corporation and influenced by a number of factors, the most important of which is the financing behavior. Therefore, this study aimed to test the effect of financing behavior on the dividend policy of a sample of 13 economic companies listed in the Dow Jones Industrial Index during between 2009 and 2018.To answer the problem and test the hypotheses, we rely on cross-sectional time series data. (Panel Data). The study found that there is a positive and statistically significant effect of long-term debt on the dividend policy expressed in per share per dividend distributed to economic institutions included in the DJIA index. The results also indicated that there was no statistically significant effect of short-term debt and total debt on the dividend per share of the dividends to the studied sample.
