الإطار المفاهيمي للإعلام الرقمي (الصحافة الإلكترونية)

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم إطار مفاهيمي للإعلام الرقمي عامة والصحافة الالكترونية بوجه الخصوص، هذه الظاهرة الجديدة على صناعة الإعلام، ظاهرة انطلقت منذ أواخر السبعينات من القرن الماضي، وتوسعت وانتشرت في منتصف التسعينات، حتى اكتمل عودها وغدت واقعا ملموسا عالميا ومحليا مع بداية الألفية الثالثة، إنها ظاهرة بدأت كنصوص متلفزة على شاشات التلفزيون في نهاية السبعينات، وتجرب الآن النشر على وسائط محمولة للعرض تستعين بتقنية الورق الالكتروني مرورا بالنشر عبر شبكة الانترنت ثم الهاتف المحمول. تنفرد الصحافة الالكترونية بالسمات والخصائص والمزايا التي تكون مستهدفة للجمهور، ولهذا قام كثير من الناشرين والمهتمين في هذا المجال يستشرقون المستقبل من خلال إصدار الصحف الإلكترونية، بهدف الاستفادة من المزايا التي تتيحها الانترنت للإصدارات الإلكترونية. abstract This research paper seeks to present a conceptual framework for digital media in general and electronic journalism in particular, this new phenomenon in the media industry, a phenomenon that began in the late seventies of the last century, and expanded and spread in the mid-nineties, until its return was complete and it became a tangible reality globally and locally at the beginning of the third millennium. It is a phenomenon that began as televised texts on television at the end of the seventies, and is now experimenting with publishing on portable media for display using electronic paper technology, then publishing via the Internet and then the mobile phone. Electronic journalism is unique in its features, characteristics, and advantages that target the public. This is why many publishers and those interested in this field have looked forward to the future by issuing electronic newspapers, with the aim of taking advantage of the advantages that the Internet provides for electronic publications.
