مستوى الكفاءة في البنوك الإسلامية في دول الخليج خلال الفترة 2010- 2018

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التباين في الكفاءة الفنية والكفاءة الفينة الصافية وكفاءة الحجم في البنوك الإسلامية لدول الخليج خلال الفترة 2010-2018، تم اختيار 15 بنك إسلامي في دول الخليج، تستخدم هذه الدراسة تحليل مغلف البيانات (DEA) لقياس درجة الكفاءة للبنوك الإسلامية حيث تم استخدام مُدخلين ( إجمالي الودائع، رأس المال) و ثلاث مخرجات (إجمالي القروض،الدخل، الاستثمارات)، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تم استخدام اختبار Kruskal Wallis للتحقق من التباين في الكفاءة للبنوك الإسلامية، ومن أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها أن البنوك الإسلامية يمكن أن تحسن كفاءتها الفنية بنسبة 43%، وأيضا إن البنوك الإسلامية تعاني من عدم الكفاءة الفنية الصافية مما يعني أنها غير فعالة إداريا في استغلال مواردها بشكل جيد. Abstract : The objective of this study is to identify the differences in technical efficiency, pure efficiency and scale efficiency in Islamic banks of the Gulf countries during period 2010-2018, have been tested 15 Islamic Bank in the Gulf countries. The study used Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to measure efficiency of Islamic banks. The model used two inputs (total deposits, capital) and three outputs (total loans, income, investments).In addition, it used Kruskal Wallis test to examine the variation in efficiency of Islamic banks. One of the most important findings is that Islamic banks can improve their technical efficiency by 43 %, Also, Islamic banks are suffering from pure technical inefficiencies, which means that they are not materially effective in making good use of their resources.
