الأبعاد الاجتماعية والثقافية والاستجابة لجائحة كورونا:مصر نموذجًا

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الابعاد الاجتماعية والثقافية لجائحة كورونا، وتستعرض بعض العوامل والأسباب؛ مثل المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والمرونة المجتمعية، وكذلك بعض الآثار والنتائج؛ مثل المخاطر، وغياب العدالة الاجتماعية، وهشاشة القيم الاجتماعية، والوصم الاجتماعي، وكيف انعكس كل ذلك على الاستجابة لجائحة كورونا. واعتمدت الدارسة على إطار نظري يتكون من نظرية مجتمع المخاطر العالمي لأورليش بيك وهرم كارول المتعلق بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، ومنظور المرونة المجتمعية عند كاربنترونوريس وغيرهم. واعتمدت في الإجراءات المنهجية على الجمع ما بين الأسلوب الكمي والكيفي؛ وذلك عن طريق الاستعانة بمنهج إعادة تحليل الدراسات السابقة، وتحليل البيانات الجاهزة والإحصائيات المتاحة، وتوظيف الملاحظة بالمشاركة لما يجري حولنا وله علاقة بالجائحة، The study aims to reveal the social and cultural dimensions of the Corona pandemic, and reviews some factors and causes,Such as social responsibility, community resilience, as well as some effects and outcomes;Such as risks, the absence of social justice, the fragility of social values, and social stigma, and how all of this has been reflected in the response to the Corona pandemic. The study relied on a theoretical framework consisting of the theory of the global risk community of Ulrich Beck and Carroll's hierarchy of social responsibility, and the perspective of societal resilience according to Carpentrand others. In the methodological procedures, it relied on a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods; This is done by using the method of re-analyzing previous studies, analyzing ready-made data and available statistics, and using participatory observation of what is happening around us and related to the pandemic
