علاقة الاستثمار الرياضي بتحسين أداء الموارد البشرية في المنشآت الرياضية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين الاستثمار الرياضي والمنشآت الرياضية ودوره في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية، في مركب محمد بوضياف بالجزائر العاصمة، وتم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى التسويق الرياضي الذي يعتبر عنصر من عناصر الاستثمار الرياضي ولما له دور في تمويل المنشآت الرياضية وزيادة دخلها المادي والعمل على توسعها، ومعرفة واقعه في المنشآت الرياضية، والعمل على كشف المشاكل، ومحاولة إعطاء حلول لها،كما شملت عينة الدراسة المسحية 30 فرد بين مدراء ورؤساء الوحدات ،وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة المراد القيام بها ، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام طرقتين تمثلت في النسبة المئوية و كا2، بواسطة برنامج الإحصائي Spss وقد أسفرت النتائج إلى تجاوب أفراد العينة مما يعني تحقق الفرضيتين دون الفرضية الثالثة التي نفيت من قبل عينة الدراسة بعدم إعطاء أهمية للاستثمار في الموارد البشرية، ولهذا تم وجوب وضع اقتراحات تحث على ضرورة الاهتمام بالاستثمار في رأسمال المورد البشري من أجل تحسين أداء المنشآت الرياضية. The study aims to highlight the relationship between sports investment and sports facilities and its role in improving the performance of human resources in the compound of Mohammed Boudiaf in Algiers. The study dealt with sports marketing, which is considered an element of sports investment and its role in financing sports facilities, The survey sample included 30 individuals among the directors and heads of units. The descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the study to be carried out. For statistical data using two methods represented by the percentage and Ka 2, by the statistical program Spss. The results resulted in the response of the sample, which means achieving the two hypotheses without the third hypothesis, which was denied by the sample of the study not to give importance to investment in human resources. The importance of investing in the capital of the human resource in order to improve the performance of sports.
