دور الطاقات المتجددة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالجزائر -الطاقة الشمسية كطاقة بديلة مستقبلية-

Résumé: This paper sheds the light on the relationship between renewable energy (since energy is the back-bone of industrial development and progress of people) and the sustainable development (the development within the abilities of integration of the ecological systems and the achievement of peoples’ bloom without striking a blow at the generations to come’ bloom). It also tackles the strategy of renewable energies, its programs and its projects in Algeria. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the role of the solar energy considered as the only promising energy source in Algeria, even one of the most important, because the energy production, at the international level, witnesses a dramatic change. Therefore, if we neglect this source so wished for by the international markets of energy (especially the European one), during the establishment of the strategic issues of sustainable development at the national and regional level, its strategies would risk losing all credibility and efficiency. Henceforth, its use is more than a priority towards the achievement of the principles of the sustainable development.
