Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية الابتكار التسويقي الخدمي للمؤسسة الخدمية وأهم المحفزات والقوى في البيئتين الداخلية والخارجية للمؤسسة الخدمية التي تدفع بإتجاهه. حيث يعتبر الابتكار التسويقي الخدمي حجر الزاوية لنجاح أي عمل تسويقي ريادي في الصناعة الخدمية، خاصة في ظل المنافسة الشرسة، والتطور التكنولوجي، وزيادة وعي وتعلم المستهلكين. ووفقا لما تم الوصول له من تشخيص وتحليل لهذا الموضوع، يمكن القول أن الابتكار التسويقي الخدمي لم يأت من فراغ أو ترف مؤسساتي، وإنما هو وليد قوى ومحفزات داخلية وخارجية تظافرت جميعها لإنتاج الممارسات التسويقية للمؤسسة الخدمية المعاصرة التي تصبوا لترقية وتسهيل حياة الزبائن والمستفيدين، وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة. Where service marketing innovation is the cornerstone of the success of any pioneering marketing business in the service industry, especially in the face of fierce competition, technological development, and increased awareness and learning of consumers. It can be said that the marketing innovation of services did not come from a vacuum or an institutional luxury. It is a result of internal and external forces and incentives, all of which were created to produce the marketing practices of the modern service institution, which are aimed at promoting and facilitating the lives of customers and beneficiaries.
