أهمية إنشاء وتطوير حاضنات المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية دعم وتطوير المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر من خلال إنشاء حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية. بعد استعراض مجموعة من المفاهيم حول حاضنات الأعمال و أهميتها والأهداف المرجوة من إنشائها، وعرض أهم مراحل إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة. تمت دراسة تأثير حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية على تعزيز وتطوير المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن حاضنات الأعمال في الجامعة الجزائرية تعمل على مد الجسور بين مؤسسات البحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي وبين ما يتطلبه قطاع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في المجتمع. كما أن الهدف من إنشاء وتطوير حاضنات الأعمال في الجامعة الجزائرية، هو البحث عن مشاريع وأفكار جديدة الغرض منها إيجاد مؤسسات قادرة على النمو والاستمرار والتطور. This study aimed to find out the importance of supporting and developing start-ups in Algeria through the establishment of university business incubators. After reviewing a set of concepts about business incubators, their importance and the objectives of their creation, and the most important stages of the establishment of start-ups. The role of university business incubators in supporting and developing start-ups in Algeria has been studied, with the results of the study indicating that business incubators at the Algerian University are working to bridge scientific research and technological development institutions with what the economic and social sector requires in society. The aim of establishing and developing business incubators at the Algerian University is to seek new projects and ideas aimed at creating institutions capable of growth, continuity and development.
