العلاقات الثقافية بين الجزائر والمغرب وتونس خلال القرنين 9/10ه- 15/16م.

Résumé: عرف القرنان التاسع و العاشر الهجريين الموافق للقرنين الخامس عشر والسادس عشر الميلاديين 9/10ه-15/16م اضطرابات سياسية بين الإيالتين الجزائر و تونس والمغرب خلال الأسرتين الحاكمتين السعدية و العلوية، غير أن الظروف السياسية الصعبة بينهما لم تمنع تواصل العلماء فيما بينهم من خلال تبادل الرسائل والمناظرات الفكرية، واستشارة بعضهم حول النوازل و الفتاوى الفقهية في ظل ثقافة التسامح التي تميزوا بها، كما أتخذ المغاربة الجزائر طريقا للحج بحرا وبرا وكان بعضا من هؤلاء يأتي إلى الجزائر في مهمات دبلوماسية، والبعض يمارسون التجارة أو يبثون المذاهب الصوفية بين الجزائريين. ومن جهة ثانية، ساعد التداخل الاجتماعي والثقافي على التفاعل الثقافي بين الإيالتين الجزائر و تونس، فاحتلت الطرقية مكانة هامة في البلدين، إذ كان لها دور فاعل في معظم الأحداث السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية. و رغم الفتور السياسي و صعوبة الظروف الاقتصادية إلا أن هذا لم يمنع علماء الجزائر من التوجه نحو تونس و بروزهم في مختلف العلوم النقلية و العقلية. Abstract :The 9th and 10th centuries AH, corresponding to the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries AD, 10/9 AH - 15/16 AD, saw political unrest between the Algerian, Tunisian, and Morocco provinces during the Saadian and Alawite dynasties. However, the difficult political circumstances between them did not prevent the communication between scholars through the exchange of letters and intellectual debates, and consultation of some of them on legal issues and fatwas in the context of the culture of tolerance that they were known for. Moroccans also took Algeria as a way to make the pilgrimage by sea and land, and some of them came to Algeria in Diplomatic missions,while others practiced trade or spread Sufi doctrines among Algerians. On the other hand, the social and cultural interpenetration helped to promote cultural interaction between the Algerian and Tunisian provinces, the sufi orders occupied an important place in both countries, as they played an active role in they political, economic and cultural events. Despite the political coldness and the difficulty of economic conditions, this did not prevent Algerian scholars from moving to Tunisia and emerging in various transmitted and rational sciences
