مفهوم المواطنة في الإعلام الجديد بين التطبيقات التقنية و تفعيل الثلاثية القيمية

Résumé: إن قوة وسائل الإعلام الجديد لا تقتصر على مجرد خاصية التفاعل التي تتيحها لكل من المرسل والمستقبل و تسمح لهم بتبادل الأدوار العملية الاتصالية ، تلك الوسائل أحدثت أيضاً ثورة نوعية في المحتوى الاتصالي متعدد الوسائط . هذه الثورة التقنية لم تأذن فقط بدخول العالم إلى عصر المشاركة والقضاء على عصر الرقابة والتحكم بالمعلومات تقريبا، لكنها أنجبت أيضاً ثورة من نوع آخر، ثورة سياسية ضد كافة أشكال التحكم والبيروقراطية في ظل العدالة والحرية والمساواة. من خلال الممارسة الفعلية للوسائل الحديثة في نقل و استقبال كل ما هو جديد وله خصوصية بالفرد والمجتمع. وهذا ما مثلته ممارسة الإعلام الجديد . هذا الأخير بوسائله وشبكاته الاجتماعيّة أوجد مفهوما حديثا بدأت تتشكل أفكاره و تصوراته في المجتمع من خلال الممارسة التقنية و التفاعل الحر بين أفراد المجتمع الواحد و المتمثل في مفهوم المواطنة. هذه الأخيرة التي تعد أحد أهم أعمدة الديمقراطية الغائبة في معظم المجتمعات، التي تترأس مطالبها العليا والدنيا دوما حب الحرية والديمقراطية تحت مظلة العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة. وبالتالي الإعلام الجديد و المواطنة مفهومين يخدم كل منها الآخر تحت مظلة الثالوث القيمي ( الحرية ،العدالة و المساواة ) Abstract: The power of the new media is not limited to the interactive feature it offers to both the sender and the receiver, allowing them to exchange communicative roles. These devices have also revolutionized the quality of multimedia communication content. This technological revolution not only authorized the world to enter the era of participation and the elimination of the era of control and control of information, but also gave birth to another kind of revolution, a political revolution against all forms of control and bureaucracy under justice, freedom and equality. Through the actual practice of modern means in the transfer and reception of everything that is new and has privacy in the individual and society. This is what the new media practice has represented. The latter, through its means and its social networks, has created a new concept whose ideas and perceptions in society have been shaped by the technical practice and free interaction between members of one society, the concept of citizenship. Which is one of the most important pillars of democracy absent in most societies, whose top and bottom demands are always the love of freedom and democracy under the umbrella of social justice and equality. Thus, new media and citizenship are concepts that serve each other under the umbrella of the Trinity of Values (freedom, justice and equality)
